Abstract: This presentation was made by Harry Foxwell, PhD, Senior Systems Engineer for Cloud Computing for Sun Microsystems Federal. Its focus is on defining requirements or characteristics and it reviews several models. The event was co-sponsored by GSA’s Office of Technology Strategy and the CIO Council’s IT Workforce Committee. This is one of three presentations made during a Quarterly IT Forum co-hosted by the IT Workforce Committee of the CIO Council and GSA's Office of Technology Strategy on February 27, 2009 at GSA’s National Capital Regional Building.
